It seems that many of us are getting colds and/or feeling drained and exhausted.

With the cold temperatures our system is using its energy to stay warm. Add to that the fact that most of us haven't had time to ourselves since summer holidays; the hectic holiday season; plus the planetary energy that's been happening for a couple of months, no wonder we're all feeling the way we are!

So this is when we have to be super good and kind to ourselves. Take the time to be, to breathe (take a deep breath right...
