Health coaching is about educating clients about healthy eating and lifestyle choices, helping clients develop and set goals, and taking clients' good intentions and putting them into practice.
Health Coaches work in many settings and, among other services, provide general wellness and nutrition information, options, recommendations, guidance, motivation, and skill-building to establish healthier lifestyle routines and to achieve client-focused personal health goals.
Health Coaches are recognized by the most significant health institutions in the world and already play a vital part in the emerging preventative healthcare model.
You eat healthy, you’ve tried numerous diets and cleanses yet the weight creeps back.
Your energy and vitality is not what it used to be, no matter your age.
You lack focus, have sleep troubles, at times feel overwhelmed and/or suffer from stress, minor or masked depression, or irritability.

The first step is for you to fill out a Health History form before we meet. During our initial consultation we'll review the form together and discuss your situation so that I can get a better sense of who you are and to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
During my Six-Month Program I'll introduce you to new nutritional and lifestyle possibilities. Together we will:
Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable, long-term changes
Create your personalized plan for success based on the concept of bio-individuality
Decipher your body’s unique needs and why it's not just about what you eat
Review the things that are working and the areas that require improvement
Two 50-minute sessions per month
One to three recommendations per session for going forward
Email and/or text support between sessions if required
Simple healthy recipes and a list of foods and/or products
Handouts, content and information packages in the form of ebooks, pdfs, and recordings specific to your needs and goals
Customized lifestyle tips that apply to your particular situation
