Self-care is important for both your mental and physical self.

Treating yourself to a spa is wonderful but not always affordable. But it is essential to schedule some time for YOU. If you're short for time, it can be as simple as taking 10 minutes for a facial mask while meditating or reading or, if you have more time, taking an Epson salt, baking soda and lavender essential oil bath is soothing and therapeutic.

Stress and toxins get accumulated through our body so it's important to get the energy flowing and rid the toxins.

A few days ago I had a very bad case of the February blues which lasted a while. I got a fantastic massage which moved all this blocked energy in my body, and when it was done, I felt not only very relaxed but my mood completely changed. Blocked energy is bad for the body and mind and can really weigh you down. I feel so much better now! And remember the best thing you can do for yourself is BREATHE!
